Tiba is a social impact leader and pre‑pharmacy student at the University of Illinois Chicago College. She founded Together Health Collective to prepare women to lead across healthcare fields while addressing the inequities that patients and families face every day.
Her work bridges patient service with leadership development, positioning THC as a national model for how young women can combine compassion with innovation.
Tiba has already cultivated a growing network of student leaders and envisions Together Health Collective expanding into chapters across the country. Her long‑term vision includes building a global alumni network of women leaders and establishing the Health Equity Summits as a tradition that defines youth leadership in healthcare.
She strongly believes in uniting the next generation to make positive change and shares her journey, her passion for equity, and her vision for healthcare transformation through speaking engagements, mentorship, and advocacy.
